Who is the
facilitator?

Agnes is a Certified Consultant in Organizational Development. She has been recognized for her extraordinary performance in supporting, promoting and transforming training culture into one of continuous learning. She was awarded by the Talent Development Association, Puerto Rico Chapter in December of 2016 for extraordinarily conducting the Leader Development Academy in the oil industry. Additionally, she has distinguished herself as a collaborator in various published articles in magazines and the country’s main newspapers. Agnes R Torres is a Certified Coach in Optimizing Talents. She is an active associate of the Internal Coach Federation (IFC), where she obtained the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential.
She acquired her experience as a specialist in facilitating learning experiences in the pharmaceutic industry, where she worked for twenty years. Her approach is to provide the necessary tools for talent development and maximize potential to achieve extraordinary results. Through continuous innovation, she supports the development of human resource attitudes, aptitudes, knowledge and skills. It is her passion and commitment to responsibly offer quality services for individual training and development.
